Buckwheat pancakes
This delicious and simple recipe originates from the old cookbook of traditional recipes “Spëisa da zacan”.
Ingredients:
- 150 g buckwheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 l milk
- salt und oil
Prepare smooth dough from milk, flour, eggs, and salt. The dough is then pored into hot oil to the thickness of a finger, fried till brown, turned, and torn into pieces with two forks. This procedure is repeated till all the dough is gone. The sugar coated pancake is served with a preserve, compote, or apple puree.
